Terms of Service — LinkedIn Translator
Terms governing access to LinkedIn Translator and its AI-assisted drafting features.
Last updated: 2026-09-02
These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of LinkedIn Translator. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
LinkedIn Translator is an AI-assisted writing tool that converts plain wording into professional social-writing styles and decodes jargon-heavy text into direct language. It may also adapt format, tone, strength, or output language. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft. “LinkedIn” is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.
AI output and your responsibility
Outputs are drafts, may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, or similar to content produced for others, and are not guaranteed to be unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or accepted by any platform. The service does not guarantee factual accuracy, compliance with LinkedIn rules, reach, job offers, hiring outcomes, or career results.
You must review every output before use and verify names, employers, roles, dates, numbers, achievements, links, quotations, and other claims. Do not rely on output as legal, medical, financial, employment, or other professional advice or as the sole basis for decisions affecting another person.
Your content
You retain any rights you have in your submitted content. You grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive right to process and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service. You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit the content, including personal data about other people.
Do not submit confidential information, credentials, trade secrets, sensitive personal data, or material you are not authorized to share with an AI provider. See the Privacy Policy and AI Disclosure.
Accounts and security
If you create an account, provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. Automated account closure is not currently available in settings; contact support@linkedintranslator.app for assistance.
Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not use the service for fraud, impersonation, fabricated credentials or achievements, unlawful discrimination, spam, harassment, malware, rights infringement, unauthorized access, or attempts to defeat usage or security limits.
Availability and changes
We may rate-limit, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, address abuse, or improve the product. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes affecting paid commitments will be handled consistently with the purchase terms and applicable law.
Fees, cancellation, and refunds
The public translator may be available without charge. A pricing page, catalog, or feature marked as a demo is not an offer for sale. If paid features are enabled, the price, billing interval, included credits or limits, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation timing shown at checkout form part of these Terms. Do not purchase unless those details are complete and clear. Refunds and statutory cancellation rights are described in the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property and feedback
The service software, design, branding, and original site content belong to the operator or its licensors. These Terms do not give you rights to the service's trademarks or software. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without obligation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, security risk, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account closure through support. Provisions intended to survive termination—including payment obligations, disclaimers, intellectual property, and liability limits—continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties that can lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for decisions, publications, platform actions, or outcomes based on AI output.
Governing terms and contact
Mandatory consumer protections and dispute rules applicable in your location remain unaffected. Before filing a formal claim, please contact support@linkedintranslator.app so the parties can try to resolve it informally. We may update these Terms prospectively and will show a new date and provide additional notice where legally required.
