Refund and Cancellation Policy — LinkedIn Translator

Refund and cancellation rules for any paid LinkedIn Translator purchase.

Last updated: 2026-09-02

The core public translator is currently intended to be available without charge. A page or catalog marked as a demo is not an offer for sale. Paid checkout must not be enabled until the operator publishes complete product-specific price, renewal, credit, cancellation, and refund details.

If paid features are enabled

The checkout page must identify the product, total price, currency, tax treatment, billing interval, whether renewal is automatic, included limits or credits, credit expiry if any, and when cancellation takes effect. Those disclosed purchase terms form part of this policy.

Unless a checkout-specific rule or mandatory law gives you more favorable rights:

  • duplicate or clearly unauthorized charges should be reported promptly;
  • subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal, with access normally continuing through the paid period;
  • amounts attributable to credits or services already consumed are ordinarily non-refundable, except where required by law or the service was materially defective;
  • a “lifetime” product, if ever offered, must state exactly whose lifetime or which service lifetime it refers to and is not guaranteed unless those terms appear at checkout;
  • approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to processor timing.

To request review, contact support@linkedintranslator.app with the account email, order or invoice identifier, purchase date, and reason. Never send a full payment-card number. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights in your location.
