AI Disclosure — LinkedIn Translator

How LinkedIn Translator uses AI, which data is sent, and why every result needs human review.

Last updated: 2026-09-02

LinkedIn Translator uses generative AI to create results when an AI provider is configured. The service is designed to work with Kie.ai, OpenAI, Anthropic, or a compatible API endpoint, and the result interface may identify the provider used. If the tool reports that no provider is configured, the submitted text is not sent to an AI provider.

What is sent

When you choose Translate, the service sends your source text together with the selected direction, professional context, content format, tone, rewrite strength, output language, and optional custom instructions. These fields are used to generate the requested result.

The current translator endpoint does not intentionally persist the source text or result in the application's database. It processes the request and returns the result to the browser. The provider may retain or process request data under its own agreement, account settings, abuse-monitoring practices, and legal duties. See the Privacy Policy.

What the AI can get wrong

Generative output can invent, omit, soften, exaggerate, mistranslate, or misattribute facts. It may produce stereotypes, unsuitable tone, repetitive phrasing, or content similar to another result. It cannot know whether a statement is true or whether you are authorized to publish it.

Review every result. In particular, verify names, roles, dates, employers, metrics, achievements, quotes, links, and legal or policy claims. Do not use the service as the sole basis for employment, financial, legal, medical, safety, or other high-impact decisions.

Your controls

You choose whether to use the output, can edit it before copying, and can reject or regenerate it. The tool does not automatically publish to LinkedIn. Report material errors or harmful behavior to support@linkedintranslator.app with a non-confidential example.
